Feedless is an AI-powered content distribution platform. We index publicly available content from newsletters, blogs, YouTube channels, and podcasts. We use AI to summarize, classify, and tag each piece of content, then match it to your interests and deliver a personalized daily briefing.

To use Feedless, you must create an account with a valid email address or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, remain inactive for an extended period, or are used for abusive purposes.
Feedless delivers briefings via Telegram and WhatsApp. By connecting your Telegram or WhatsApp account, you consent to receiving daily briefing messages from us at your configured delivery time.
You can disconnect your messaging account or pause briefings at any time through your Settings page or by sending /stop to the bot. Disconnecting stops all message delivery immediately.
Your use of Telegram and WhatsApp is also subject to their respective terms of service. Feedless is not affiliated with Telegram or WhatsApp.
Feedless provides a REST API that allows third-party AI agents to access content on behalf of registered users. By generating an API key, you authorize the connected agent to request content from Feedless using your preferences and profile data.
You are responsible for the security of your API key. If you believe your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately through your Settings. We are not responsible for how third-party agents use the data they receive from our API — please review the terms and privacy policies of any agent you connect.
API access is subject to rate limits and fair use. We reserve the right to throttle or revoke API access for accounts that abuse the service, make excessive requests, or attempt to scrape or redistribute our data.
Third-party content: The content delivered through Feedless originates from third-party creators and publishers. We summarize and tag this content using AI, but we do not create it. All briefing items link back to the original source. We attribute content to its creators and do not claim ownership of their work.
AI-generated summaries: Briefing items, teasers, and summaries are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or misrepresentations. You should verify important information by reading the original source.
Your content: By providing a description, selecting topics, and reacting to briefing items, you grant us a license to use this data to personalize your briefing and to improve the Service. This data remains associated with your account and is deleted when you delete your account.

The Feedless platform, including our website, matching engine, AI processing pipeline, and brand assets, is owned by Feedless. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our platform without our permission.
The content delivered through Feedless belongs to its respective creators and publishers. Our summaries are derivative works created under fair use principles. If you are a content creator and believe your content is being used inappropriately, please contact us at [email protected].
Feedless creates profiles for content creators based on publicly available information. Creators can claim their profiles to access analytics and manage how their content appears on the platform. If you are a creator and wish to claim or remove your profile, contact us at [email protected].
Feedless is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will notify you in advance. Free features available at the time you created your account will remain free for your account.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Feedless is an information service, not a professional advisory service. Content delivered through Feedless should not be treated as financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
